Booking information on motorbike hiring
For booking motorbike tours in Nepal or hiring a motorcycle on your desired date.
We need a 40% advance payment from the total payment to book the motorcycle. Booking payment is nonrefundable

Motorbike riders must have a motorcycle driving license to hire a motorbike or touring with us. It’s not permitted riding a motorcycle with a car driving license in Nepal.
What is included in the motorbike rental price?
Only helmets and motorbikes are included in the price. (Fuel is not included in the hiring price)
We offer ½ ltr of fuel prior to handling motorbike for hiring.
Regarding Insurance policy:
Insurance is not offered for hiring motorbikes in Nepal. If in due course of a hiring period a motorbike accident, loss, scratches, broken parts, physical damage, etc. occurred the insurance is not applicable.
Renter should bear the cost, in the situation of a motorbike lost, broken, scratch, physical damage, etc. during the rental period.
We request the renter take a video/photo of the bike prior to collecting the bike.
What would happen if I paid for an earlier payment for booking of motorbike hiring and canceled the tour?
We required a 40% advance to make a booking for motorbike hiring, once you cancel the tour, the 40% payment won’t be refunded.
Should we pay the complete payment at the time we pick up the motorbike for hiring?
Yes, we required complete payment prior to picking up the motorbike hiring.
What happened in the situation? I paid the full payment for my hiring and returned the motorbike early?
In the situation you hire a motorbike for 10 days, we require a complete payment of 10 days and you return the motorbike within 5 days, payment won’t be refunded since we have to cancel other reservations.
If you are assured to hire for 5 days and you wish to add 5 more days. Just send us an email or ring us on the number provided in our website and you can pay at the time of returning the motorbike.
Can motorcycles be delivered at our hotel or location?
Yes on request, we can deliver the motorbike at your location or hotel through a certain amount of fees. If it’s inside your place, we deliver the motorbike without any fees.
How do I make payment for motorcycle tours?
